Just want to let you all know that I’ll be at the Maine Comics and Arts Festival, or MeCAF, in Portland, ME on Sunday, May 22nd. If you’ve never heard of MeCAF, you should have. It’s a great show in a beautiful venue that overlooks the ocean. The show skews kid-friendly, which is probably not the best market for my decidedly boring-to-kids books, but any show is a good opportunity to do a book release. There’s lots of friends to share it with, and usually some press to chat up.
The best part is that I’ll be premiering my new book, Ragbox, Ch 4, which is off with the printers as I write. I’ll have more posts about the book soon.
I’ll be joined by several Boston Comics Roundtable members, so look for us all. The floor is open Sunday only from 10 am to 5 pm, but there’s a killer party on Saturday night that we’re all looking forward to.
